- Trusted relationships: Value clients and act as a sparring partner.

- Effective solutions: Solve client challenges using Foundry’s portfolio.

- Passion for MarTech and shaping marketing, media, and lead industries.
- Skills over certificates; degrees helpful but optional.
- Experience in media sales, lead generation, or agencies; cross‑media experience a plus.
- Strong sales competence: needs analysis, strategic planning, account management.
- Confident at decision‑maker and C‑level level.
- Intercultural competence and German/English communication.
- Mediation, moderation, and project management skills.
- Analytical and data‑driven approach.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn and grow.
