Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients: Take the first call with inbound or referred leads to understand their situation, priorities, and fit with DPM’s expertise.
• Explore needs and opportunities: Lead exploration calls to uncover business goals, challenges, and success criteria, involving the right DPM experts when needed.
• Shape the right solution: Collaborate with consulting and product teams to translate findings into a clear proposal outlining approach, impact, and value.
• Guide clients through decision and offer: Present proposals with clarity and confidence, adjust to client feedback, and build alignment with key stakeholders.
• Close and hand over successfully: Finalize agreements, ensure a smooth transition to the delivery team, and stay connected to strengthen long‑term relationships.

Qualifications

• A degree in business or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of professional experience in sales.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of B2B digital products and services.
• Passion for conscious digital products and the desire to have a positive impact.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Background in consulting or digital agency.
• Ideally, you already bring a network of potential clients or industries and are familiar with their purchasing structures and project requirements.
