We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Sales Operations Manager to lead and elevate the sales operations function within a fast-paced, data-driven environment. This role combines hands-on execution with leadership, enabling the sales organization to operate efficiently and effectively. You will design and implement scalable processes, optimize the sales tech stack, and deliver actionable insights to drive revenue growth. The position offers the opportunity to influence cross-functional stakeholders, lead analytics initiatives, and contribute directly to the growth and success of the business. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, technology, and sales performance, making a measurable impact on both team effectiveness and business outcomes.
Accountabilities
- Own the strategic direction, administration, and optimization of the CRM (Salesforce), ensuring data integrity and workflow efficiency.
- Analyze and re-engineer end-to-end sales processes to eliminate friction, increase efficiency, and drive scalable outcomes.
- Lead monetization strategies for seasonal initiatives and bundled offerings, collaborating with Sales and Marketing leadership.
- Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting, providing deep insights and recommendations to accelerate revenue growth.
- Analyze post-sale performance, placement, and package performance to inform pricing, packaging, and product strategy.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams on forecasting, pipeline analysis, quota-setting, and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Architect and manage the sales technology stack, evaluating and implementing tools that enhance team performance.
- Drive sales enablement by developing training programs and resources to onboard new hires and elevate the capabilities of the sales team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 6–8+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar strategic roles.
- Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce; Salesforce Admin certification is a strong plus.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with mastery of Excel or Google Sheets; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Proven track record designing and implementing large-scale sales processes and operational strategies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring and developing junior team members, with aptitude for leadership growth.
- Highly autonomous and proactive, capable of managing multiple projects from conception to completion in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in digital media, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing strongly preferred.
