Their SaaS platform creates a cybersecurity-first safety net for companies across Europe. In a landscape where ransomware, breaches, and digital sabotage are daily threats, this isn’t just infrastructure - it’s the frontline.

Role Overview

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you’ll be tasked with strengthening the mission-critical systems that underpin the company’s cyber-insurance and threat intelligence platform. You’ll be building the high-availability, security-hardened infrastructure that keeps clients protected even when the internet is on fire.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain secure, resilient infrastructure across cloud environments (AWS/GCP) - ensuring fault tolerance and zero-trust principles are built in from the ground up.
• Build and scale Kubernetes/Docker clusters that serve as the command centre for real-time threat detection and claims automation.
• Design CI/CD pipelines with security as a first-class citizen; own deployment velocity and incident response processes.
• Implement and manage observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, etc.) that give deep visibility into system health and cyber event signals.
• Champion a FinOps and DevSecOps mindset - ensuring infrastructure is both cost-efficient and combat-ready.
• Partner closely with engineering, security, and product teams to build infrastructure that is not only reliable but resilient against attack.

Qualifications

• Proven track record operating in fast-paced SaaS or platform environments with a focus on security, scalability, and automation.
• Deep hands-on expertise with either AWS or GCP , including infrastructure design, deployment, and cost optimisation.
• Solid experience deploying resources directly into Kubernetes clusters - beyond just monitoring or maintenance tasks.
• Strong proficiency with Terraform , particularly in building infrastructure-as-code scripts from the ground up rather than relying on existing templates.
• Familiarity with Helm - while not a core focus, you should have at least used Helm in a production context.
