This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and enhance cloud-based security orchestration and automation tools that directly impact real-world cybersecurity operations. You will work on complex software solutions, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-quality products. Accountabilities

• Design, develop, and integrate software components into fully functional systems while documenting and maintaining functionality.
• Mentor junior and new team members, providing guidance on best practices and technical challenges.
• Execute assigned and self-initiated work independently, leveraging deep understanding of software engineering principles.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues using analytical and problem-solving techniques, adapting existing approaches where needed.
• Participate in cross-team knowledge sharing sessions, department-wide Hackathons, and R&D demos to foster innovation.
• Collaborate closely with security services teams to ensure software solutions meet operational needs and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a software developer capable of independently delivering complex software solutions.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages or technologies, such as Python/Django, Go, Node.js, AWS, Git, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of software development practices, full-stack development, and debugging techniques.
• Experience mentoring and collaborating with junior developers.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable with cloud-based environments and rapid learning of new technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
