This role offers the chance to lead frontend development for a new greenfield application within a dynamic and fast-growing technology environment. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will collaborate with engineering and QA teams to deliver scalable, high-performance features. You’ll work autonomously while contributing to architectural decisions, focusing on usability, maintainability, and modern frontend best practices. You will have the opportunity to influence product direction and shape the user experience from the ground up.

Accountabilities

• Develop modular, reusable frontend components and libraries for a new application.
• Collaborate with engineering management and QA to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
• Work autonomously alongside senior engineers to advance greenfield projects from concept to delivery.
• Implement best practices in UI/UX design, performance optimization, and accessibility.
• Participate in architectural planning and feature discussions, contributing to core application functionality.
• Continuously improve frontend processes, tools, and practices to ensure scalable and maintainable code.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional frontend development experience with strong proficiency in Svelte or React.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript to collaborate effectively with full-stack teams.
• Experience shipping features through CI/CD pipelines and writing reliable frontend tests.
• Ability to work independently and drive self-directed problem solving.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally and explain technical concepts to non-engineers.
• Curiosity, user focus, and motivation to stay current with modern frontend practices and tools.
• Preferred: experience with greenfield projects and mentoring junior developers.
