We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with a strong backend focus (.NET & Java) and solid frontend skills (Angular or React). You’ll work in the design, development and deployment of scalable, high-quality cloud applications. As AI becomes increasingly important across industries and in everyday life, we have already started to integrate it into our products and processes, so you will help integrate and leverage AI-based APIs to improve our products. Key Responsibilities

Development:

• Build and maintain full-stack cloud applications using .NET Core, Java EE and Angular or React
• Use Git and branching strategies (Git Flow, pull requests) for efficient teamwork
• Design, optimize and maintain relational (Postgres, SQL Server) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps
• Experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks (unit, integration, end-to-end)
• Knowledge of secure-by-design principles and best practices to ensure clean, modular, secure, and maintainable code for cloud applications
• Drive architectural decisions, enforce coding standards and design patterns
• Lead code reviews and promote modern software engineering practices

AI Integration:

• Prototype and integrate AI/ML APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services) into our products
• Stay up to date on AI best practices and assist the team in adoption

Methodology and teamwork:

• Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement and retrospectives
• Collaborate closely with product owners and development teams to continuously improve the processes and to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Mentor junior developers, share knowledge and foster a culture of continuous learning
• Use Jira for issue tracking and Confluence for maintaining clear technical documentation

Your Qualifications

Must-Have:

• 5+ years professional experience in backend development with .NET and Java EE
• 3+ years building front-end applications in Angular or React
• Proven track record in test automation
• Hands-on experience with Git and Azure DevOps
• Strong SQL and NoSQL database skills (Postgres, SQL Server, MongoDB)
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture

Nice-to-Have:

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and usage of AI APIs (OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services)
• Experience working in agile teams and with Atlassian tools
