Overview

Working at Atlassian: Atlassian can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually as part of our distributed-first approach. The role is remote, but you would need to be located in Germany, the Netherlands, or the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with peers in Advisory Services to align on strategic outcomes and deliver exceptional service to customers
• Partner with customers to solve business challenges and achieve internal goals through Atlassian products, practices, and solutions
• Create technical solution content and prescriptive guidance to support customer goals in one or more Atlassian solution areas
• Advocate for customer needs with cross-functional Atlassian teams to address business drivers
• Develop deep technical expertise in the Atlassian Platform and stay up-to-date on new capabilities
• Design technical solutions and provide solution-specific guidance for direct customer engagements
• Create content to support customer goals and outcomes
• Collaborate with Engagement Managers and other Solution Consultants to map out a solution-specific journey and ensure continued progress
• Represent the voice of the customer inside Atlassian and provide feedback to Product teams
• Travel up to 30% of the time domestically, and internationally in some cases, for internal and customer-facing events

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Data Center / Cloud Platform, including experience administering Atlassian Cloud ecosystems (e.g., Guard, Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Focus, Rovo, etc.)
• Knowledge of Atlassian DC ecosystems (e.g., Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Crowd, etc.)
• Background in cloud computing architectures, integration methods, and security considerations
• Extensive experience in SaaS companies
• Relevant experience in customer-facing roles engaging with stakeholders from technical administrators to executive leadership
• Expertise in DevSecOps, including: direct experience with popular DevSecOps tools, enterprise-grade SDLC and CI/CD pipelines, software development and/or IT operations background
• Experience guiding stakeholders through Atlassian Cloud transformation at enterprise scale
• Experience identifying, testing, deploying, and integrating tooling to satisfy customer requirements and improve end-user experience across the SDLC
• Experience with application security, compliance, hardening techniques, and best practices to secure software and infrastructure

• Experienced working with large customers in a consulting or technical expert capacity
