Senior Strategy Development Lead

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned strategy professional with a proven track record in driving business growth through strategic planning and execution. They will lead the development of group-wide strategies, drive strategic priorities, and contribute to capital market commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Translate strategic direction into clear targets, actionable initiatives, and high-impact projects.
• Establish effective performance steering models to track and ensure successful strategy execution.
• Advise and support regional leadership teams in applying the group-wide strategy to their local markets.
• Develop cross-functional collaboration frameworks to enhance cross-country knowledge sharing and consistency.
• Provide in-depth market and competitor analysis, delivering clear recommendations for strategic positioning.

Requirements

• Masters degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Energy Retail, e-commerce, telecommunications, or top-tier strategy consulting with exposure to international markets.
• Proven track record in strategy development and execution, including translating group-wide strategies into operational targets.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management, including direct interaction with senior executives and board-level decision makers.
• Solid understanding of the energy industry, particularly Energy Retail, with good knowledge of EU regulatory and political dynamics impacting the sector.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement cross-country collaboration models, steering frameworks, and governance structures in complex organizations.
• Analytical strength with the ability to derive data-driven strategic insights from market and competitive analyses.
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
