Key Responsibilites:  
Training Strategy & Development  
- Develop training content on products, technologies, and sales/aftersales processes. 
 - Integrate digital, virtual, and in-person learning formats into the overall training strategy. 
  
Delivery & Evaluation  
- Conduct classroom and online trainings for BYD models, technologies, and soft skills. 
 - Evaluate the effectiveness of trainings in improving sales performance and customer satisfaction. 
 - Continuously adapt and update training materials based on market feedback and participant input. 
  
Coordination & Collaboration  
- Work closely with Sales, Network Development, and Customer Experience teams to align training initiatives. 
 - Support sales activations, dealer events, and other marketing-related activities. 
  
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:  
Education & Experience  
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training development, ideally within the automotive industry. 
 - Experience in managing or coordinating international training projects is an advantage. 
 - Proven experience working with and managing external training agencies or service providers. 
  
Professional Competencies  
- Deep understanding of the automotive industry, particularly e-mobility. 
 - Knowledge of modern learning methods and digital training platforms. 
 - Strong project management and organizational skills. 
 - Analytical mindset with the ability to assess business processes and develop tailored training solutions. 
  
Personal Attributes  
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
 - Strong intercultural competence and ability to work effectively in teams. 
 - Willingness to travel across Europe. 
 - High motivation to learn, curiosity, and innovative mindset. 
 - Independent, structured, and quality-driven working style with a focus on achieving results. 
  
Languages  
- Very good command of German and English; additional languages are a plus. 
  
Other Requirements  
- Valid driver’s license required.
