Senior Treasury Analyst (Remote - US)

This role offers the opportunity to join a high-performing finance team supporting a fast-growing, dynamic organization. You will play a key role in managing the company’s cash flow, investments, and financial risk, ensuring operational efficiency and profitability. As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including senior management and department leaders, providing insights to inform decision-making. The position demands strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of treasury operations, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Your work will directly influence the company’s financial health and operational success while helping shape treasury processes and strategy.

Accountabilities

• Manage relationships with banking institutions, including account setup, maintenance, and resolution of banking issues.
• Record and reconcile bank activity, ensuring alignment with internal financial systems.
• Monitor daily cash positions and manage liquidity to meet operational needs.
• Optimize cash concentrations and disbursements, and develop strategies for operational efficiency.
• Conduct cash flow forecasting and update projections to reflect changing business conditions.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports on treasury activities, including cash positions, forecasts, and variances.
• Leverage treasury management systems and other technologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance treasury operations and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Perform special projects as assigned by senior finance leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of treasury experience, preferably at a high-growth FinTech company.
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and technical accounting principles.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including experience handling large datasets.
• Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
