This role is responsible for operational and strategic cash management as well as liquidity planning in an international corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Daily cash management and cash pool disposition
• Administration of the Treasury Management System (Coupa Treasury) and e-banking platforms
• Management and optimization of SAP FI interfaces, payment formats, and channels
• Preparation of treasury reports (e.g. financial status, hedge positions, counterparty risk monitoring)
• Interest and FX risk management
• Cash flow forecasting and liquidity management
• Intercompany financing and cash flow statements
• Guarantee management and derivative valuation
• Support for subsidiaries in treasury and cash management tasks
• Bank communication including account opening and KYC processes Contact person for auditors and support during audit processes
• Participation in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing including regulatory compliance (e.g. EMIR, SWIFT-CSP)
• Deputy to the Head of Treasury
• Additional Responsibilities:
  • Lead and participate in local and global treasury projects
  • Optimize treasury-related processes
  • Collaborate with Controlling and Accounting (cross-functional process knowledge is a plus)
• Strong understanding of international cash flows and treasury operations
• Proficient in using TMS (Coupa Treasury), e-banking tools, FX platforms, and market data systems
• Experience with SAP FI and payment formats (e.g. ISO 20022)
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Analytical mindset and structured work approach
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English

Experience Required

• Several years of professional experience in corporate treasury, cash management, or corporate finance in an international environment
• Hands-on experience with TMS, e-banking platforms, and SAP-FI

Education Required

• University degree in Business Administration or a related field with a focus on Finance, Treasury, or Corporate Finance
