As a Senior UX Copywriter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping user journeys through compelling, empathetic, and growth-focused content. You will lead the creation and strategy of copy that resonates with diverse educational audiences while also driving measurable product outcomes such as acquisition, activation, and retention. Beyond writing, you’ll define scalable processes, champion the thoughtful use of AI in content development, and serve as a connector across product, brand, and marketing teams. This role blends creativity with strategy, balancing emotional resonance and clarity to deliver impactful experiences for millions of students, parents, and teachers worldwide. Accountabilities

• Lead the end-to-end strategy and creation of UX copy across product touchpoints, ensuring clarity, inclusivity, and emotional resonance.
• Act as a trusted expert for high-level stakeholders, guiding decisions on communication strategy and user experience.
• Drive adoption of scalable tools, workflows, and AI technologies to improve efficiency, consistency, and personalization in content creation.
• Collaborate with product and brand teams to embed brand voice and user insights into every aspect of the user journey.
• Write engaging and empathetic copy for students, parents, and teachers, including onboarding flows, in-app messages, notifications, and feature launches.
• Optimize content based on data, A/B testing, and user feedback to drive growth KPIs such as acquisition, retention, and monetization.

Ensure a holistic approach to communication

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX copywriting, product content strategy, or brand messaging for consumer-facing apps or platforms (education experience highly preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX copywriting excellence, consistent voice, and proven impact on growth or engagement.
• Deep empathy for students, parents, and teachers, with the ability to translate insights into effective content.
• Proven track record of driving measurable product growth through user-centered copywriting.
• Skilled at cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, analytics, and data-driven content optimization.
• Comfortable using AI tools for ideation, drafting, and optimization; experience training or prompting AI tools preferred.
• Adaptable, solution-oriented, and eager to contribute beyond strict role definitions in a fast-paced environment.
