Role Description: UX designer with user research skills

Scope of Tasks: We are constantly enhancing our internal AI-powered tool for product insights and feedback analysis. To ensure good usability for our end users we are looking for additional support for the design team.

Requirements:

• Knowledgeable in data visualization

• Knowledge in PowerBI and / or SAC and / or MXP is a plus

• Proficient in designing, running and analyzing validations and usability test studies

• Experienced in communicating validation / testing findings to development teams (incl. report generation)

• Experienced in translating findings into UI designs

• Creating / working on UI designs on different stages: concept phase, mock-ups, prototypes, implementation

• Fluent German and English required (at least B2 level)
