This role is ideal for a writer who thrives at the intersection of content creation, SEO strategy, and AI-assisted writing. As an SEO Content Writer, you will craft engaging, optimized blogs tailored to a U.S. healthcare audience while leveraging AI tools for ideation and drafting support. The position offers an opportunity to collaborate with subject matter experts, refine content for clarity and impact, and ensure alignment with the latest SEO best practices. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, creative environment where your writing contributes directly to brand visibility, thought leadership, and measurable digital growth.

Accountabilities

• Research and develop blog briefs and outlines from keyword lists to create SEO-driven content.
• Write clear, engaging, and human-centered blogs and thought leadership articles with a strong focus on the healthcare sector.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, project leads, and sales teams to convert insights and transcripts into high-quality publishable content.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity for ideation, drafting, and quality checks, while ensuring a consistent human voice.
• Refresh and improve existing content by updating data, enhancing structure, and refining titles and metadata.
• Track performance using Ahrefs, GSC, and GA4, and recommend actions based on analytics insights.
• Repurpose content into short-form posts for social platforms like LinkedIn and X when required.

Requirements

• 0–1 year of experience in SEO content writing, ideally with exposure to AI writing tools.
• Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals, Google updates (E-E-A-T, Helpful Content), and digital content best practices.
• Hands-on familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
• Excellent command of English with impeccable grammar, clarity, and style.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field, or equivalent strong writing portfolio.
• 3–5 published writing samples, including at least 2 long-form pieces.
• Nice-to-have: understanding of publishing workflows (tags, formatting, redirects), basic image editing, and short-form copywriting for social media.
