This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of iZeno. We are currently looking for a Service Desk Technician - Bilingual Dutch/English in the United States.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide essential technical support in a fast-paced environment, assisting users across various hardware and software platforms. As a bilingual technician, you will be a vital resource for troubleshooting and resolving IT issues via phone, email, and chat, supporting a diverse user base. The position demands strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will work with a variety of systems and tools to ensure smooth operations and positive user experiences.

Accountabilities

  • Provide technical support to corporate clients through phone, email, and chat in both Dutch and English.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 7, Windows 10), Office 365 applications, Outlook, and mobile device configuration.
  • Handle a high volume of support requests (50-60 per day) efficiently and accurately.
  • Use Active Directory to manage network password resets and assist with network printer configurations.
  • Support VPN connectivity and resolve remote access problems using remote control tools.
  • Maintain punctual attendance and adhere to organizational policies and ethical standards.
  • Promote a customer-focused approach and align with company values during all client interactions.

Requirements

  • Trade School Certificate or Associate Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or service desk environment supporting hardware and software.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office 365, Outlook, and common software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or equivalent.
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both technical and interpersonal.
  • Must have a personal smartphone with two-factor authentication capabilities for work-related tasks.
