Responsibilities

• Weltweite Betreuung unserer Kunden
• Inbetriebnahme, Installation, Wartung und Instandsetzung unserer Maschinen und Anlagen
• Durchführung von Kundenschulungen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Entwicklungsabteilung zur kontinuierlichen Produktoptimierung
• Betreuung der Service-Hotline

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik/ Mechatronik, Weiterbildung als Techniker/in wäre wünschenswert
• Erfahrung und Kenntnisse im Maschinenbau, idealerweise in der optischen Industrie
• Überdurchschnittliches Engagement und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit sowie hohe Flexibilität
• Hohes Servicebewusstsein und sicheres Auftreten
• Reisebereitschaft im In- und Ausland
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
