Site Manager – Radiochemist / Pharmacist

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic planning and site development in coordination with the Head of Operations.
• Ensure compliance by obtaining and maintaining all relevant site-related permits.
• Oversee PET tracer production and quality control operations.
• Manage and support department heads across Production, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities.
• Align production planning with the sales team.
• Drive process enhancements and standardization in production and testing.
• Support quality assurance improvements in line with GMP guidelines.
• Execute special projects as assigned by the Head of Operations.
• • Lead recruitment and manage site staff in collaboration with HR.

Your Profile:

• Degree in a technical or scientific field, ideally in pharmacy or chemistry.
• Proven line management experience (minimum of 5 direct reports).
• Extensive experience in radiopharmaceutical development, production, and quality control.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable, resilient, and detail oriented.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and German.
