Your responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and committed site manager (m/f/d)in the field of civil engineering to support our team with immediate effect..

The centre of your working area is the southern region :

The centre of your life should preferably be in this area.

Further projects throughout Germany are possible by arrangement, whereby we always try to minimise travel times and travel activities. A self-responsible and result-orientated individual time management with home office and / or office days is possible.

• The main task is the preparation and control of civil engineering construction work
• Coordination of complex development measures
• Monitoring the profitability of your projects
• Budget responsibility
• Management and leadership of your own team and/or subcontractors/sub-subcontractors

Your professional profile

• Completed studies (e.g. civil engineering) or a comparable qualification
• Experience in project work
• Knowledge of MS Office 365, IOS and common software for civil engineering
• German language skills at C-level (very good knowledge up to native speaker level)
• Car driving licence class B (formerly class 3)
• Ability to work in a team and solution-oriented behaviour
