We’re hiring: Social Media & Content Manager (Hamburg) | €65K | German fluency required

Soda has partnered with a mission-driven digital gaming company that’s redefining how people win dream prizes — while supporting real charitable causes.

They are now on the hunt for a Social Media & Content Manager to grow our organic social channels, shape our brand voice, and bring our story to life across platforms. You’ll work closely with brand, creative, and performance teams — and you won’t just stay behind the camera

We’re looking for someone who’s excited to be front and center too!

Fluent German Required!

What you’ll do:

• Develop content plans aligned with paid campaigns
• Create fun, engaging content around homes, winners, raffles & behind-the-scenes
• Collaborate with creators & influencers — from micro to national
• Build and manage creator relationships
• Be the voice of our community — in DMs, comments, and beyond
• Monitor, track, and report on content performance
• Maintain strong visual brand consistency

What you bring:

• Strong feel for trends, sounds, memes, and formats
• Confident creating content and showing up on camera
• Experience with influencer marketing & content calendars
• Tools like Canva, CapCut or mobile editors are second nature
• Aesthetic eye & strong storytelling instincts

This is a full-time, in-house role based in Hamburg with a salary of €65K. You'll be joining a team that's building something joyful, fast-moving, and genuinely exciting.
