We are seeking a talented Frontend Software Engineer to build and enhance user-facing features for a leading learning platform used by professionals worldwide. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and cross-functional teams to develop accessible, performant, and scalable frontend components. You will work in an agile environment, contributing to code quality through reviews, automated testing, and continuous learning. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences, comfortable with modern JavaScript frameworks, and enjoys working in a collaborative, distributed team culture. You will also have opportunities to explore adjacent domains such as backend microservices and AI-assisted development tools. Your work will directly impact the usability, accessibility, and engagement of the platform for a global audience.

Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and team members to plan, implement, and iterate on user-facing features.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize frontend components using React, semantic HTML, and modern CSS.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, share knowledge, and support continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues in coordination with QA and operations teams.
• Contribute to agile processes including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Ensure frontend code meets performance, accessibility, and responsiveness standards.
• Write and maintain automated frontend tests to ensure reliability and minimize regressions.
• Engage in continuous learning and promote a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful team culture.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building modern web applications.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, or Svelte.
• Strong skills in semantic HTML and modern CSS, including accessibility standards compliance.
• Familiarity with AI prompting and a willingness to explore coding-assistant tools.
• Experience with web development tooling (git, npm, etc.) and testing frameworks such as Cypress, Jest, or React Testing Library.
• Ability to balance product requirements, user experience, and architecture considerations.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, problem-solve, and adapt in a distributed, collaborative environment.
• Preferred: Experience using AI-assisted development tools or coding assistants.
