Your Role

As a Software Product Owner , you will lead the development of our Battery Management System (BMS) software, guiding it from concept to vehicle integration and series production. You will connect customer needs, technical teams, and delivery timelines to ensure our BMS solutions meet high standards of performance, safety, security, and quality.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize software and system requirements for the BMS solution, translating customer and system needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Own the software delivery roadmap and plan releases aligned with customer goals and project timelines.
• Collaborate with engineering to refine and prioritize tickets, keeping the backlog updated.
• Act as the main liaison between development and stakeholders, providing regular updates.
• Support agile ceremonies, ensuring clear goals and resolving blockers.
• Join sprint reviews to confirm software meets requirements and ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure software quality and compliance with standards such as functional safety, ASPICE, and automotive development.
• Work closely with architects, validation, hardware teams, and customers for alignment.
• Proactively address risks and adapt to scope changes or technical challenges.

Your Ideal Profile

• Experience as a Product Owner or Software Project Manager in automotive or industrial embedded systems.
• Technical understanding of automotive software development, including BMS, ECU, CAN, or AUTOSAR.
• Familiarity with Agile, JIRA, and modern ALM/PLM tools.
• Knowledge of standards like ISO 26262, ASPICE, SAE J1939.
• Experience with system testing, HIL, or validation is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to bridge business and engineering.
• Structured, self-driven, and capable of managing complexity across teams.
