The Role

We are looking for a Solution Consultant to drive sales for cloud-based, innovative solutions into major life science organizations. You will deliver value-based product demonstrations and architecture presentations to prospects and customers. Your contribution will be critical in developing a technical sales strategy to support Veeva’s growth in Germany and Europe.

What You'll Do

• Identify customer challenges and objectives and demonstrate the solution that addresses these requirements and delivers business value
• Communicate product knowledge and valuable market insights to customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
• Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle for product- and technology-related inquiries
• Participate as a member of the sales team in executing a sales strategy and building customer relationships
• Support marketing initiatives and represent the company at key events

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in the life sciences industry or as a technology vendor for the life sciences industry
• Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
• Ability and skills for business application design and technology
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills in a customer-facing role in German and English (main working language is English)
• Driven self-starter; able to work independently
• Bachelor’s degree in technology or related field

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in Pre-Sales Consulting
• Understanding of SaaS solutions
• Knowledge of workflows in the pharma ecosystem
