This role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal part in delivering innovative cybersecurity solutions that help organizations understand and mitigate their digital risks. You will work closely with enterprise clients, partners, and internal teams to design and present technical solutions that meet complex security needs. The position requires a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and communication skills to influence decision-makers and drive adoption of advanced security platforms. You will manage pre-sales activities, conduct demonstrations, and contribute to shaping product enhancements. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving complex challenges, and has a passion for building strong customer relationships while supporting business growth.

Accountabilities

As a Solutions Architect, you will:

• Support Enterprise Account Executives with solution selling into prospect accounts.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with technical contacts at clients, partners, and distributors.
• Drive technical engagements to achieve sales wins and ensure successful customer onboarding.
• Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare, and execute complex deals and strategic opportunities.
• Translate customer pain points and requirements into tailored solutions.
• Deliver engaging presentations and demos that clearly communicate the value of proposed solutions.
• Coordinate RFP responses and collaborate with internal teams to meet project timelines.
• Provide client feedback to R&D teams to influence future product enhancements.
• Stay informed on competitor offerings and market trends to support business strategy.

Requirements

Candidates should have:

• Experience as a Cybersecurity Solutions Architect, Security Architect, or Pre-Sales Engineer.
• Proven track record of selling within enterprise environments.
• Strong technical background and understanding of networking and cybersecurity concepts.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible, engaging manner.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and creativity skills.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC methodology and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Experience working with SOC environments is a plus.
• Strong industry network and growth mindset with a desire to continuously learn.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Channel, BD, and Marketing teams.
