Solution Engineer – OT-IT Integration (Germany – Greater Stuttgart area (presence required 2x per week))

Fluency in both German and English (B2+/C1/C2) required

The Role – Implementation & Support Focus

As a Solution Engineer, you’ll be responsible for bringing OT-IT designs to life at customer sites. You will:

• Implement PLC, industrial PC, and cloud/edge integrations based on defined architectures
• Verify connectivity and ensure systems function as intended in live environments
• Configure, troubleshoot, and optimise OT-IT systems post-installation
• Adapt solutions to meet compliance requirements and customer-specific needs
• Provide ongoing maintenance and technical support to ensure long-term system reliability

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience implementing and supporting OT/IT systems in manufacturing environments
• Experience with industrial networking (OPC UA, Modbus, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP) and edge/cloud platforms
• Strong problem-solving skills in live customer environments
• Willingness to travel as required for on-site implementation and support
• Fluency in both English and German language
