In this role, you will serve as the bridge between technical expertise and client engagement, helping organizations understand and adopt cutting-edge AI security solutions. You will collaborate with sales teams, engineers, and product leaders to design tailored solutions that solve complex challenges and deliver measurable value. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will guide prospects and customers through technical landscapes with clear communication and impactful demonstrations. Accountabilities:

• Partner with account executives to drive adoption of solutions by providing technical expertise and strategic insights.
• Collaborate with prospects, partners, and internal teams to design solutions that address customer needs and accelerate outcomes.
• Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proofs of concept that highlight solution value and differentiation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, translating technical capabilities into business impact.
• Build strong connections between engineering, product, and customers to ensure a seamless experience.
• Support marketing events and represent the company’s technology in industry discussions.
• Stay current on AI, SaaS, and security industry trends to effectively position offerings in the market.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Engineer, Technical Sales, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of AI, SaaS, and security technologies, with a focus on Generative AI preferred.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and engage effectively at all organizational levels.
• Growth mindset with the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and high empathy to understand customer needs.
• Passion for technology and eagerness to learn new tools, features, and innovations.
