Specialist for technical documentation (m/f/d) in plant construction

As a Technical Documentation Specialist (m/f/d), you will be responsible for creating and updating technical plant documentation at our company site in Gechingen (Stuttgart / Calw).

What you can expect:

• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation for our products, based on order-specific requirements/orders
• Preparation and maintenance of operating and maintenance instructions for our customers
• Create document master in the system
• Internet research (for sub-suppliers, technical data sheets, standards, and guidelines)
• Review of documents in accordance with norms/guidelines and quality standards
• Communication and cooperation with various departments, such as quotation and project management, to collect technical information and clarify details and requirements
• Organization of print editions

What you bring with you:

• Completed technical training, ideally in the field of technical documentation or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in technical documentation in mechanical and plant engineering and therefore familiar with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC
• Strong editorial and technical understanding of complex systems and their application
• Confident handling of the common MS Office applications
• Very good written and spoken German
• Good knowledge of English desirable
• Experience in working with ERP system
• High level of diligence and accuracy, strong organizational skills, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team
