Sr. Client Technology Management Engineer

This role offers the opportunity to serve as a senior technical resource for a diverse client base, translating complex technology concepts into practical solutions that meet business needs. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, providing guidance on infrastructure, cloud technologies, and software integrations, while addressing challenges across multiple platforms. The position involves problem-solving, root cause analysis, and delivering tailored technology solutions in a dynamic, client-facing environment. This role is ideal for a proactive, analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve client outcomes. Exposure to the financial services or alternative investment industry is a plus, enhancing the strategic impact of your work.

Accountabilities

• Serve as the primary technical liaison for clients, addressing ongoing issues and providing solutions that improve platform performance.
• Identify client pain points and recommend or implement technology solutions, including bespoke or third-party integrations.
• Conduct root cause analysis for systemic issues and follow through to resolution.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, cloud architects, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
• Document client requests and suggest potential product or platform enhancements.
• Adapt technology solutions to meet client-specific business requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to clients and internal teams, effectively communicating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in a client-facing technology role and 5–10 years in systems engineering.
• Strong multidisciplinary IT infrastructure background, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange Online.
• Proficiency with public cloud platforms, especially Office 365 and Azure.
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to varying audiences.
• Experience in financial services, MSPs, or alternative investment firms is a plus.
• Professional certifications such as MCSE, MCAA, VCP, or CCP are advantageous.
• Ability to work EST hours and occasional nights/weekends as needed.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities in a client-focused environment.
