At Triosys we have the mission to transform how hospitals manage patient care. We’re building the next generation of digital patient files and intuitive tools that streamline workflows, improve communication, and enhance the quality of care in hospitals.

The Role

As a Sr. Mobile Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of shaping how healthcare professionals interact with our platform. Working closely with our cross‑functional team of ten, you’ll have the autonomy to design, build, and iterate on new features from the ground up. Your main focus will be on React Native, while also supporting React‑based projects as we scale.

What You’ll Do

Build intuitive, user‑friendly mobile applications that directly improve hospital workflows.
Drive technical decisions, from choosing the right frameworks to shaping coding standards and best practices.
Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and healthcare experts to create seamless user experiences.
Contribute to the architecture of a scalable healthcare platform that’s designed to last.
Be a key player in a greenfield environment, where your input directly shapes the product’s foundation.

What you bring

5+ years of experience in frontend development.
Strong proficiency with TypeScript.
Expert in React Native.
Solid experience with testing (unit, integration, and E2E).
Comfortable building products from scratch in a greenfield setup.
Strong communication skills and fluency in English.

Nice to have

Previous experience in fast‑moving startup environments.
Previous Healthcare systems experience.
