We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join a dynamic, fast-paced team focused on building and maintaining cutting-edge technology solutions. In this role, you will develop and deploy full-stack applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the strategic evolution of the technology platform. The position is ideal for a proactive engineer who thrives both as an individual contributor and as a thought partner, helping shape architecture, standards, and best practices. You will have the opportunity to work on complex projects, tackle technical challenges, and directly impact product quality and user experience in a high-visibility environment.

Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain features across the full application stack.
• Investigate, reproduce, and resolve bug tickets efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to forecast delivery timelines for features and fixes.
• Participate in daily check-ins and code reviews to foster knowledge sharing and platform consistency.
• Work within cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Operations, to implement innovative solutions.
• Contribute to strategic discussions, offering expertise and embracing change to enhance team and product performance.

Requirements

• Strong experience with React.js, Angular.js, or other modern frontend JavaScript frameworks.
• Proficiency in TypeScript or other strongly typed languages.
• Experience with Node.js and deploying web applications.
• Demonstrated ability to design and build applications from scratch (greenfield) and innovate on legacy systems.
• Experience with one or more of the following is a plus: Next.js, Queue systems (BullMQ/Redis), Contentful CMS, Websockets, Payment systems, Real Estate technology solutions, Server-Side Components in React, web optimization for speed and SEO, Sentry, Test Driven Development (Jest/React Testing Library).
• Passion for delivering high-quality code, meeting deadlines, and working collaboratively in a results-driven environment.
