As a Staff Software Engineer, you will take ownership of the full product development lifecycle, from design and architecture to deployment and user delivery. You will collaborate closely with clients, product, and design teams to translate bold ideas into scalable, high-quality solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work across a wide variety of technologies, including AI/ML, cloud services, and modern frameworks, while shaping engineering culture and best practices. Accountabilities

• Lead projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes.
• Partner with clients to understand requirements and align technical solutions with business goals.
• Define system architectures, data models, and product requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee development, testing, release management, deployment, and incident response throughout the product lifecycle.
• Work with diverse technologies across cloud services, frameworks, and modern programming languages.
• Contribute to building and maintaining a strong, collaborative engineering culture that promotes innovation and excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development with proven expertise in end-to-end product delivery.
• Strong knowledge of scalable system architectures, algorithms, and data structures.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, testing frameworks, monitoring tools, and release management.
• Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Python, Golang, Rust, Ruby, Swift, Kotlin).
• Familiarity with frameworks and cloud providers such as React, Next.js, Angular, AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Ability to mentor and influence peers while fostering effective engineering practices.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with clients or cross-functional teams.
