€150k – SEO Lead – AI Startup – Remote

We’re introducing a rare chance to join a hyper-growth AI startup that has already reached 30M+ users worldwide and is on track to scale to 100M.

With strong leadership and a fully remote team of 70, they’re entering a new growth phase where SEO will be a key driver.

They’re seeking their first-ever SEO Lead to take full ownership of organic search, from technical SEO to authority-building.

In this role, every decision you make will directly impact the roadmap, visibility, and success of a company shaping the future of AI companionship.

• Technical SEO: Conduct audits, implement fixes, and ensure SEO best practices are embedded in product and engineering workflows.
• On-Page SEO: Own optimization across metadata, internal linking, and landing pages; collaborate with content and product teams to align UX with SEO intent.
• Off-Page & Authority: Audit backlinks, manage disavow processes, and drive sustainable link-building strategies that boost authority.
• Analytics & Monitoring: Own SEO reporting via GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz; track KPIs and deliver actionable insights.
• Agencies & Partners: Manage agencies, freelancers, and creative partners, ensuring accountability and measurable outcomes.
• Strategy & Scale: Design and execute the SEO roadmap, develop scalable playbooks, and build a high-performing SEO team as the company grows.

• 7–10+ years hands-on SEO experience, ideally in growth-driven companies.
• Proven track record across technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
• Mastery of tools such as GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Moz.
• Experience in international SEO and adapting to algorithm updates.
• Strong ability to manage agencies and align content/copy with SEO.
• Fluent English with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
