Account Director (all genders)

Highsnobiety is looking for an Account Director to join our creative agency, Highsnobiety+. You’ll lead high-profile accounts end-to-end, nurturing senior client relationships, driving strategic growth, and ensuring best-in‑class execution across complex, culture‑led campaigns.

As a senior leader, you’ll oversee multiple workstreams, guide cross‑functional teams, and play a key role in shaping client partnerships and internal best practices.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full project lifecycle across multiple accounts, ensuring delivery on time, on scope, and on budget
• Act as a senior point of contact for top‑tier clients, building trusted, long‑term partnerships
• Lead strategic conversations, negotiations, and growth opportunities within your accounts
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, and financial performance in collaboration with Brand Partnerships
• Guide cross‑functional teams across creative, production, sales, editorial, and global stakeholders
• Set standards and best practices for collaboration, process, and innovation
• Anticipate challenges, solve problems proactively, and drive operational efficiencies
• Lead, mentor, and develop direct reports, supporting career growth and high performance

What You Bring

• 8+ years of experience in a senior client‑facing role within a creative, media, or marketing agency
• Proven success managing complex accounts and senior stakeholder relationships
• Deep understanding of digital advertising, content marketing, and production processes (social‑first and beyond)
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving account growth
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to motivate teams and navigate complexity
• Strong organizational and analytical skills in fast‑paced environments
• Fluency in English (German a plus)
