WHAT YOU WILL DO
Join our distributed sales team across Germany and the United States, united by a passion for innovative technology and a shared mission to help our customers become industry leaders.
As an Account Executive, you will operate in a greenfield market, offering a unique opportunity to act as a pioneer and shape our presence in the French region. Your primary focus will be on generating new business, developing strategic relationships, and supporting forward‑thinking organizations as they adopt our solutions.
You will be responsible for selling a technically sophisticated product within an emerging market category. This role is ideal for a proactive and entrepreneurial sales professional who thrives on challenges, enjoys building markets from the ground up, and is motivated to make a significant and lasting impact.
What a week at Synera could look like:
- Monday: You start the week with a Team Kick‑Off to review goals and align on priorities, while engaging in outbound activities and reaching out to potential leads.
- Tuesday: You focus on qualifying the leads by pitching Synera and conducting demos to showcase its value.
- Wednesday: You conduct thorough use case screenings and deep dives with potential customers to qualify opportunities, and sync with our CRO, Ubaldo.
- Thursday: You drive the closing process, aiming to finalize deals and secure new business partnerships.
- Friday: You use this time to refine strategies, seek feedback, and plan for continuous improvement in your role.

- Proven B2B SaaS Sales Expertise: You bring a strong track record of success in selling technically complex software solutions within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Established Industry Network: You possess an active and well‑developed network of relevant contacts within our target market, enabling you to generate and accelerate business opportunities.
- Engineering Domain Expertise: You have an engineering background or hands‑on experience working with or selling engineering software (e.g., CAD, CAE, PLM, or similar solutions), enabling you to effectively engage with technical stakeholders and understand customer challenges.
- Executive‑Level Engagement: You are skilled at building relationships with C‑level and senior stakeholders and bring an existing portfolio of relevant accounts within our industry.
- You confidently represent the company at conferences and industry events, delivering compelling presentations with professionalism and charisma.
- You are native French and fluent in English, allowing you to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders in an international environment.
