To support our Accounting Team at our headquarters in Berlin , we are looking for you - an ambitious Accounts Payable Accountant (m/f/d).

We are also very happy to consider applications for the positions of bookkeeper / accountant and certified accountant.

YOUR JOB

• You coordinate the incoming invoice process.

• You check and pay incoming invoices.

• You prepare and monitor payment transactions.

• You process bank statements, credit card statements, and cash disbursements.

• You correspond with suppliers and other departments.

• You will assist in preparing the monthly and annual financial statements.

• You operate relevant ERP systems, invoicing programs, and banking programs.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed commercial training.

• You have initial professional experience in the field of accounts payable.

• You have very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.

• You have good knowledge of MS Office and other ERP applications.

• You demonstrate an independent, structured and committed work ethic as well as teamwork skills.

• Reliability and honesty are a matter of course for you.
