As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities:

• You are the central point of contact for customers, drivers, and service providers from Germany, Poland, and/or the Czech Republic, handling their inquiries competently and in a friendly manner.
• You maintain close customer contact via phone and email.
• You resolve customer issues independently and draw on a network of internal experts to develop timely solutions.
• You process and review incoming and outgoing customer invoices carefully and efficiently.
• You provide operational support for the project Roaming @work, a service for internal billing of charging sessions.
• You continuously develop and optimize existing processes. With your input, you improve workflows and our software structure.
• You use and maintain data in SAP and MS Office conscientiously. You work in a modern Microsoft Dynamics environment and use various tools to track and prioritize your topics.

What makes you stand out

• You have completed a commercial or technical vocational training program or a university degree.
• You stand out with a positive attitude and strong customer orientation.
• You demonstrate initiative and present yourself in a dependable, professional manner.
• You work in a structured way and keep an overview even in a dynamic environment.
• You have very good German and English skills, as well as basic knowledge of Polish and/or Czech.
• Ideally, you have technical knowledge, preferably in the construction industry or electrical engineering.
