• Understand customer requests quickly and propose appropriate solutions.
• Provide clear and professional commercial communication.

• Actively participate in continuous improvement of products and processes.
• Keep knowledge of our offers up to date to advise customers effectively.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French; German or English is a plus.
• Education in communications or initial experience in a contact center or customer service.
• Enjoy interacting with people and are motivated to find solutions.
• Strong listening, communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Rigorous and committed to delivering high-quality service.
