Java/Kotlin Software Engineer (m/f/d)

You will independently develop solutions for our customers and also be responsible for their successful implementation. Based on NEOZOwork™, the working method developed by us, you will be in direct contact with the customer throughout the entire project phase and never lose sight of the goal.

Ensure the quality of modern, distributed software systems through smart testing strategies and a strong focus on reliability and usability. Collaborate closely across teams, drive both automated and manual testing, and help deliver robust solutions using tools like Selenium, Postman, and CI/CD pipelines.

Drive complex software projects from idea to go-live by aligning teams, priorities, and resources. Collaborate across business and tech, ensure clarity and structure, and lead agile workflows using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
