Profile

A completed degree in computer science, mathematics, or a comparable field of study
Fluent German skills, both spoken and written (at least C1 level)
At least 2 years of practical experience in the development of AI-based software solutions
Solid knowledge of Prompt Engineering and practical experience with Large Language Models (GPT-4o, Llama or similar)
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP) and their managed ML/AI services
Programming skills in Python and C#
Strong teamwork skills in an agile environment with a passion for project work
Advantageous: Experience with Agentic AI Frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, MCP Server), MLOps practices

Role

Further development of their AI-based solution to simplify documentation processes in the healthcare sector
Design and implementation of LLM-based applications with a focus on prompt engineering and output quality
Building Agentic AI solutions with modern frameworks
Development and optimization of ML pipelines and AI services in the Azure Cloud (Function Apps, Azure AI, Cognitive Services)
Fine-tuning and customizing pre-trained models via Azure AI APIs
Integration and operation of AI services from data preparation to monitoring in production environments
Implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for AI services using modern DevOps practices
Contributing to technical architecture decisions within the AI team
