AI Product Marketing & Change Enablement Manager (all genders)

You’re not only turning complex AI and procurement topics into clear messaging, you’re driving adoption, engagement, and real impact for enterprise customers, working at the heart of Product and Implementation.

What You'll Do

• Support enterprise implementations with clear enablement materials and structured rollout support
• Create internal product videos, demos, and walkthroughs to support go-lives and change management
• Translate product features into clear user guides, documentation, and adoption materials
• Work closely with Implementation teams to prepare customers for successful launches
• Capture learnings from customer rollouts and translate them into scalable enablement assets
• Build engagement formats such as newsletters, product updates, and customer feedback sessions

Your Profile

• Bring experience in product marketing, customer enablement, implementation support, or change management
• Are excellent in written and visual communication and enjoy turning complexity into clarity
• Understand enterprise environments and structured product rollouts
• Enjoy working closely with implementation and delivery teams
• Are proactive, hands‑on, and execution-driven
• Thrive in fast‑paced startup environments and enjoy building formats from scratch
