Airline Contact Centre Agent

Location: Malta
Work Type: On-site
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, between 09:00–18:30 (8-hour shift basis)
Start Date: 15 February 2026

Role Overview

We are currently looking for German-speaking Contact Centre Agents to join our airline project in Malta. This is an on-site role providing customer support to airline customers via inbound contact channels.

Language Requirements

• German: C2 (native or near-native)
• English: C1 (advanced)

Job requirements

• Previous customer service or contact centre experience is an advantage (not always mandatory)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally via phone and other contact channels

• Comfortable working with computer systems and CRM tools

• Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
