Amazon eCommerce Manager - Team Lead - DTC

We are looking for a high-energy, commercially sharp eCommerce Team Lead (based in Germany) to own and grow a major Home & Kitchen Appliances portfolio on Amazon Germany.

As Team Lead you will lead a small team responsible for driving revenue, profitability, and operational excellence across a significant Home & Kitchen account on Amazon.

You will be the main strategic point of contact for the vendor and will play a key role in building a long-term, high-performing partnership with Amazon.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Account Managers and Coordinators
• Own the full P&L for the Home & Kitchen portfolio on Amazon UK – deliver against ambitious revenue, margin, and growth targets
• Build and maintain senior relationships with the vendor’s UK & European leadership
• Develop and execute joint business plans, including new product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional calendars
• Drive category leadership through range optimisation, pricing strategy, content excellence, and advertising (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display)
• Identify and execute growth opportunities across FBA, FBM, and hybrid models
• Work cross-functionally with Amazon’s Category, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to scale the business
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics (sell-through, inventory health, customer metrics, advertising ROI)

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years’ experience in e-commerce marketplaces, pureplay or Amazon account management (vendor side or agency)
• Proven track record managing a major brand or vendor portfolio in Home & Kitchen , Consumer Electronics, FMCG or a strong DTC brand with a large Amazon presence.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience owning a P&L
• People leadership experience – able to develop and motivate a team
• Excellent relationship-building skills and confidence in dealing with senior stakeholders
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills
