Position

Build and ship new high impact features and improvements to the AY App using Dart and Flutter, contributing to one of the most widely-used applications built with Flutter
Work closely together with other experienced developers, product managers, QA, and designers to ship new components and features
Proactively identify and seek to resolve technical debt and build internal tools to enhance team productivity
Have a direct impact on team processes by regular agile retrospectives

Qualifications

4+ years of programming experience, at least 2 years of app development experience
Extensive experience in frontend development, ideally across multiple frameworks
Extensive experience in Flutter
Strong expertise in UI development and building complex frontend logic
Write well‑structured, efficient and maintainable code and actively keep the quality of the code base in check
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
Used to working in an English speaking environment
High autonomy and ownership: motivated, take matters into own hands, and can implement a complex feature with little oversight
Strong communicator: communicate transparently, honestly and effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Team player: actively share knowledge, inspire other team members, and aim to fulfill team goals
