Your Responsibilities

Develop the market, establish new contacts, and build brand awareness for IKA in the sales territory
Prepare quotations and cost calculations
Organize and support trials in the test center
Train, advise, and motivate our representatives to achieve sales goals
Participate in trade shows
Analyze sales potential in the defined region
Implement and coordinate sales activities to achieve revenue targets and generate sustainable growth
Identify, develop, and open new sales channels in coordination with the sales management
Monitor the market and analyze competitors

Your Qualifications

Technical degree (e.g., mechanical engineering or process engineering) or equivalent education/experience
Several years of experience in international sales; industry knowledge is a plus
Excellent English skills (spoken and written); French and German are desirable
Strong communication skills
Willingness to travel internationally
Residence in or near Staufen or willingness to relocate
