The Role

We're looking for extraordinary gallery professionals who can:

• Command a room full of collectors and make them remember the art 
and you

• Build a network that moves fast and delivers results

• Curate exhibitions that make headlines — not excuses

• Bring together artists, sponsors, and institutions around ideas that matter

You will represent your region, lead exhibitions, manage partnerships and drive real outcomes — visibility, engagement, growth. You'll work directly with our core leadership team to shape how this platform expands globally.

Founder-Track Path

You start as a regional Director, prove your numbers and grow into a Partner. The founder-track rewards those who take ownership, show courage and execute relentlessly. If you're looking for stability, this isn't for you. If you want legacy — this is the place.

Ideal Profile

• 10–20 years of experience in gallery management, art curation or cultural leadership

• Strong network among collectors, artists, and institutions in your city

• Proven ability to deliver — measurable results, not opinions

• Fluent in English and your local market language

• Hungry, confident and ready to operate at the top of the game
