Your tasks in the new job

• Organizational tasks (written and by phone) in accordance with the project manager's instructions
• Correspondence (written and by phone) with clients, insurance companies, and experts, as well as subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities
• Writing and sending quotes as instructed (SAGE)
• Writing orders for subcontractors and purchase orders for suppliers
• Scheduling and appointment planning
• Obtaining documents and permits

Your profile

• Confident use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and PDF documents (Adobe)
• Strong communication skills on the phone
• Customer- and team-oriented thinking and acting
• Experience in construction/trades would be desirable, but is not a requirement
• Experience with SAGE50 Handwerk professionell is also welcome
