The Assistant to the Executive Leadership Team works closely with our Executive team. This role is not a traditional assistant role — it combines classic EA responsibilities with project management, internal communications, and stakeholder engagement. You will act as a trusted partner to the executives, helping to shape the agenda, ensure smooth communication with key stakeholders (employees, shareholders, advisory board), and manage projects that are critical to our strategic success.
Important key data on the position:
Strategic & Operational Support:
Drive and coordinate strategic business initiatives from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with senior leadership objectives and company priorities.
Executive Assistance:
Manage and organize the daily business operations of the CEO, CFO, and CTO with discretion and accuracy — including calendar management, travel planning, correspondence, and meeting preparation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with HR, Finance, and other departments on organizational development, risk management, shareholder relations, and global growth projects.
Communication & Coordination:
Prepare and support internal and external communications, reports, and newsletters; organize and document executive, shareholder, and advisory board meetings; coordinate town halls and company events.
Stakeholder Relations:
Serve as liaison between the Executive Team, employees, and external stakeholders to ensure effective information flow and timely follow-up on action items.
Project & Change Management:
Support strategic and change initiatives, helping to improve organizational efficiency, employee engagement, and overall business performance.
Confidentiality & Professionalism:
Act as a trusted gatekeeper for the executive team, ensuring confidentiality, prioritization, and professional representation across all interactions.
