Associate Director Debt Advisory

• Identify business opportunities, prepare pitches, and source financing mandates from private equity firms, corporates, family offices, and entrepreneurs.
• Be responsible for executing bespoke LBO- and acquisition-financing mandates across various industries.
• Advise clients on complex financing solutions, liaise with debt providers, lawyers, and due diligence providers.
• Conduct credit analysis, business forecasts, scenario analysis, financial modelling, and manage Q&A sessions.
• Negotiate loan documentation (LMA), term sheets, commitment letters, and oversee the financing process until closing.
• Manage project workstreams independently, prepare materials, and develop/train junior team members.

About You

• 5-7 years of experience in corporate finance advisory or investment banking, preferably with a Big 4 or similar firm.
• Strong financial modelling and accounting knowledge (HGB, IFRS) and a network within the financial community.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, self-starter mentality, and ability to drive projects.
• Willingness to support team growth and development in a performance-driven environment.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
