Your tasks

Our fast‑growing international team works at the forefront of the energy transition and digitalization. We advise on mostly cross‑border financings – whether offshore wind farms in Taiwan or Poland, datacentres and battery storage projects all over Europe, green steel transformations, glass fibre projects, smart‑metering rollouts, EV charging infrastructure, solar farms in Norway, Spain or Austria, wastewater treatment plants in the Middle East or geothermal power plants in Germany – we help our clients to contractually implement and execute the appropriate financing for their large, complex and always exciting projects.

Your Profile

• You are qualified as a Solicitor (UK)
• Excellent English and German language skills and able to work in a German language environment
• You show enthusiasm in grasping and working on case‑specific issues and technical questions
• You have the practical skills and the creativity it takes for grasping and working on strategic questions
• You have the ability to work in unison with your team
• You share an international point of view and act and think like an entrepreneur
