What you will do

• Provide overall leadership of client projects: Lead and manage client projects, overseeing all aspects of the relationship and commercial process to ensure success.
• Lead and manage complex programs: Ensure on-time delivery that meets agreed-upon goals by leveraging ALAIKA’s best practices and your own expertise.
• Guide and influence clients and the insurance ecosystem: Become a trusted advisor by offering strategic guidance and influencing clients across all stages, including execution.
• Engage in building business: Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing client relationships.
• Create intellectual capital through thought leadership: Develop innovative intellectual capital and possess knowledge across a broad range of adjacent fields.
• Understand industry factors impacting BFSI: Apply your understanding of fintechs, insuretechs, ESG, CX/UX, and macroeconomic influences to address client challenges.
• Develop others and build a followership: Cultivate talent and develop a followership, contributing to asset building and fostering a growth culture within the firm.
• Lead firm-building activities: Drive firm-building efforts, embody firm values, and build a strong personal brand within and outside the company.

Your Profile

You are wholehearted about your life, your career, and your relationships and that is how you act. Consistently.

• Outstanding academic degree and qualifications: top of your class and excelled both academically and professionally.
• Relevant work experience: 8+ years of full-time professional experience in the insurance practice of a top-tier consultancy (or equivalent) and in corporate insurance within the DACH or EU region. You bring a strong network and potential business opportunities with you.
• You shine with knowledge: You are a thought leader with a proven track record in leading large-scale transformation programs in Insurance IT & Operations.
• Relationship building comes naturally: You have a history of being a trusted advisor with clients and your team, expanding sales and new opportunities within accounts of major insurers in Europe and beyond.
• Languages: Proficiency in German and English.
• Entrepreneurs take action and commit: You own your work and will be part of growing ALAIKA with your entrepreneurial spirit.
